all the fobs don't have recipes and if you wanna learn you gotta be in the kitchen watching and that's when you get to ask questions. Depending on the cooks mood you may or may not get answers but if you just use your eyeballs to take notes you'll be just as good as whoever cooking. But thanks to channels like this and food delivery services we don't have to be in the kitchen lmao. K bye🤙🏿🤙🏿
I would never eat Banh cuon by this recipe . Banh cuon is my fav dish I spend all my life and a lot of money eating this dish. I telling you if you have one mistake while doing this you fk up the whole thing and by this video she have like 100 mistakes . 1 cooking crape wrong method its broke and too big . 2 too much meat and stuff inside ( good bc in phủ lý hà nam dont even have filling only rice crape still good). 3 Cucumber and bean sprouts suck a joke normaly we eat with vietnamese balm, mint … anyway dont try at home its really hard even in vietnam noone make this dish at home find a local bánh cuốn in hà nội they do the rest if you want to know what the real bánh cuốn really is and a lot version of bánh cuốn outthere not from bland and amater like this
In the south of Viet Nam, especially in Ho Chi Minh city, we usually serve this with fried sweet potato or fried mung bean rice cake as crunch and it's delicious
every things seem fine, but the sauce ,u should use pork or beef stock instead of water, and dont cook garlic and lemon, just chop garlic and lemon and put it in when u eat

When you flip the cooked batter into the cutting board (after it’s cooked) is the top suppose to be sticky and the bottom rubbery?

Go bless yourself with a meal from her restaurant – Saigon Social
The best pan to make these crepes, I found, is Walmart's Mainstay frying pan for $3. Comes out perfectly every time.
The version I grew up with also had diced jicama for filling
How much water was put into the batter?
It's so annoying that they spell "báhn" instead of "bánh" in the subtitle
❤❤❤🤤
