  1. Please stop calling ryebread "open-faced sandwiches" – its not a sandwich. it's by definition not a sandwich.
    A sandwich is, and I quote: "An item of food consisting of two pieces of bread with a filling between them, eaten as a light meal."
    So, there's not 2 pieces of bread, there's nothing being filled between them, as there is only 1 piece of bread, and on top of all that, it's not even a light meal.
    It's not a sandwich – It's a single piece of ryebread, with stuff on top. Call it what it is: Ryebread. We don't go around calling pizzas "open-faced calzones".
    Use your words, internet.

  2. Where did you find this idiot? This is an insult to Nordic cocking! He cut himself in the finger and he didn't even clean it. Then he spills the pickle on the table!! When he mixes things he does it like it was a carwash! Nordic cooking is delicate. please remove this video. Thank you.

  3. Oh man, this was awesome to watch. He's knowledgeable but a bit clumsy; half sous chef half idiot. The good kind of idiot. Like him. He's most likely gonna become a great chef some day. Loves what he does, which is most important. Kudos.

  4. Remolaude is not unique to denmark…..it's a cajun sauce and you made it wrong…..on a side note it still looks delicious…..not sure what that sauce was called you made but it's definitely not remolaude…..still looks good though
