  2. No offense but if u wanna make ghormeh sabzi fallow my recipe (professional Persian 😅)
    Wash your beans night before then start cooking them in a boiling water 2 hr before starting to cook
    Use the herbs she said in the video cut them small as you can then at little oil to a pan and start cooking them till start changing color to dark green it's better ad little amount of water (half a cup)mid cooking
    After that cut the meat into cubes (better use lamb and dont need to be so small) in a pot cook the meat with lot of oil diced onions (really small) mid cooking when onions are not fully cooked ad your herbs and cood for few minutes then ad water with beans till covers the ingredients let it boil for 2 or 2.5hours 60 minutes before serving ad 2 dried lemons like the ones on the video
    Also don't forget to ad salt and other spices you like to the meat and herds when cooking
    After it's done u should see a dark green stew that has oil on top and tastes amazing

    it's close to it . But ghorme sabzi is something way more different than what you made 😅

  4. my soul hurts. it's great to have persian food introduced on youtube but omg that ghormesabzi hurts my mind, soal and body. it's not even the same color as it should be. hope you got better tho it's been a while. and that 100% taste bitter putting the limoo amani in for 1 and half hours. it was just a shame 🙁
