  1. the veggie kimbap and salmon version is a nice iteration on fusion kim bap but would love to see chef park's take on regular kim bab with tteok bokki or gomma kimbap. To me thats what kimbap is all about not the habenero sauce and soy marinade salmon pieces with horse radish sauce.

  2. 왜 한국인이면서 레스토랑이름은 일본이름으로 했을까. How the hell she named her restaurant in Japanese when she is korean? Momofuku? Okk good thing she called gimbap right.

  3. Thank you for the rice + seaweed prep and rolling tutorial, so tough to get the gimbap to look pretty and neat, but I will try some of these recommendations, I especially loved watching the careful distribution of the rice without smashing it
