  1. For an added cooking component in your kitchen, combine solids left over from the sifting with Garlic and salt, process in a food processor until it's a paste and can that as a Garlic Chili Paste for cooking. It's great in a pot of chili, ramen, stir fry, and so much more.

  2. so silly!!!! aaaaah!!!! you're supposed to feed the good bacteria with the sugar during the fermentation process Why on earth you would add the sugar, THEN boil it. It literally makes no sense

    Sweet and Hot Sauce

    Ingredients

     

    1 Lbs Thai Hot Peppers

    3 Cow Horn Red Cayenne Peppers

    16 Asian Bird Eye Hot Peppers

    1 Package of Assorted Spicy Peppers

    1 Package of Assorted Sweet Peppers

    2 ½ Quart Spicy Tomato Juice

    5 Tbsp Red Pepper Seeds

    5 Tbsp Red Cayenne Pepper Power

    1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

    2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

    1 Tbsp Hot Salt (Notes on how to mix it)

    1 Can 16 .Oz(1 Lbs) Crushed Pineapple

    3 Cups Dark Brown Sugar

    2 Tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

    8 Tbsp Chili Infused Olive Oil

    2 Bulbs of Elephant Garlic Minced

    3 Tbsp Liquid Smoke

    1 ½ Cups White Vinegar

     

    Notes:
    Salt mixture mix all salt together 1 Tbsp each

    Durango Hickory Smoked Sea Salt

    Habanero Heat Salt

    Ghost Pepper Salt

    Jalapeno Salt

    Venom Salt

    Sriracha Salt

    Chipotle Salt

    Smoked Serrano Salt

    Szechuan Pepper Salt

    Directions
     

    Grind all peppers and garlic in a good heavy grinder

    Put in a 4 quart pot.

    Add
    tomato juice, pepper seeds, cayenne power, and Himalayan pink salt, black
    pepper, sesame oil, crushed pineapple, chili infused olive oil, liquid smoke,

    Dark brown sugar, hot salt, mix, white vinegar. 
    Together and let simmer for 4 days.

    Let
    cool and put in bottles store in cool place or put in the refrigerator.  For a Week or 2
