If the weed is too moist, then I let it sit out on my kitchen table for a few hours or overnight and I grind it then I place it in a jar and I take a paper towel get it nice and damp drop in with weed and let it sit for a few more hours or overnight and the weed well be nice and fresh once more
One time me and my brother had no smoke but he did have stems and little bit of shake we grinded that down and just straight up smoked the powder in a pipe it tasted awful but it got the job done lol that was a time when weed was still illegal lol good times
