Don’t even need to do crime scene cleanup to begin to understand how she feels. At this point in life humanity disgusts and disappoints me to the point it’s sometimes enraging. What it seems like is that the overwhelming majority of people are literally monsters hiding behind masks purely because society forces them to. Without the thin veneer of civilization the world would be even more of a bloodbath, and the sad part is that a lot of it would prob be fully deserved. It sucks to lose one’s innocence and realize the vile truth that’s hidden just beneath all the pretty lies and fake smiles. In the end you realize it’s best just to take care of yourself and maybe a handful of family/friends… and just avoid the rest as much as possible, using great caution when you have no choice but to interact
My late mother and myself got involved in crime scene cleanup. Never cleaned anything that had anything to do with serial murder or anything. Most of the time it wasnt even a crime scene we were cleaning, but something like an elderly person who lived alone, had an accident and layed there till they died. But it definitely changed my view on human beings and human life. Just seeing what happens to all of us eventually, up close and personal. Honestly, the crime scenes were often nothing compared to the elderly deaths. More often than not, if it were something like a murder, it was all over so quick and the cops were there that night. With the elderly, they were often there decomposing for weeks or months.
Here I am, doomscrolling as usual, and this motherfucker pops up. Goddamn.

Watching effed up videos really changes you as a person, you have a constant feeling you have no idea what type of person you are talking to, makes you feel the world is a dark place where everyone is wearing a " nice" mask.
I can see why he covers his face. If he’s witnessed the aftermath of such evil, he probably knows that the world is much more evil than the average person perceives it to be. Evil isn’t a Hollywood trick/invention, Hollywood merely exploits it to enrich itself and its associates.
