  1. I decided to quit bro today after a year of rollups doesn't sound like a lot but I got addicted very quick and I'd go crazy if I didn't get one now I'm full on addicted today I decided to end it so far 15 hours strong using gum and hard boiled sweets plus things to distract my self to not crave and fiend

  2. people always need that last one before they quit which actually tells me that you don't want to or aren't ready yet because if you need that "last" whatever drug when you're planning to let it go you already failed because instead of quitting you're giving yourself an excuse to smoke. not judging tobacco is a hell of a drug. just sharing my lessons from my addiction in the hope that someone start to see the pattern an addiction so they can break it. I wish you all the best <3

  3. If you start any habit like smoking cigs at such a young age of 13 while your brain is extremely malleable and still developing of course your going to have physiological cravings for it after years of smoking or whatever it is.

  4. 1 year later from my last comment, i went a year, one year and im back to vaping 6mg, but really i know now how cravings and withdrawal goes and its a take it or leave it thing with me, same with alcohol tbh. i do it cause i want to and i enjoy the buzz

  5. Like you smoked coz I enjoyed it for about 3/4 years then about a week later after 3/4 years I was smoking coz my body wonted it an I didn't like the control my body was having on me an them one day I was went out for a walk went to smoke a cigarette an something in my mind said no don't smoke that I had like 4 left an I threw them away and I can hand on heart I haven't smoked since and it's been like 3 years now

  6. I got addicted to vaping e liquids and I quit. It took 2 weeks before the bad cravings end. But the craving won’t stop until a year or two. So it will take dedication.
