It's kinda lame seeing yet another rip off of a " western comfort food " style place. Man, the Indian gastronomy is so diverse and interesting yet people prefer an overpriced Burger at a flashy joint over our great authentic cuisine. I might be biased here but our food has so many textures and colours that it's bloody hard to even come close to it. Even a simple meal like Lentils and steamed rice looks and tastes so good if done correctly.

There's nothing about the food mentioned, and the music edits and shots are so melodramatic. It's like watching people stroke their own egos for 5 minutes. They talk so much without saying anything at all. Please bring back meaningful content, and not these cheesy montages.

These videos in India really highlight the difference in food scenes between the west and the east. The west are interested in hearing about genuine people making great food, innovation, new ideas etc, The East is still focussed on the food industry primarily as a business and so focus on these complete ungenuine owners who seem to have absolutely no passion or food background, just a bunch of rich people who made a standard 'western' style pub that looks utterly soul-less with mediocre food.
