  20. I also prefer talking about issues and watching others talk about it rather than fix it. Capitalism has won, the world is lost, live your life and stop wasting time bothering with things you will never have the power to change. You may think you're powerful, but step into the ring with world leaders, step on a couple toes and see how far you dream of saving the world from these animals goes.

I'm 44 this year , I've watched the Gulf of Mexico turn into a place that is poisoned more and more each year , and the rivers that feed the Great Lakes Region in the Upper Midwest of America turn into a place where you can't eat the fish, How could people continue to run Industries they know are doing this to the environment?

  22. It’s crazy that all this money goes into to research to figure out the problem when it’s obvious. Pollution and commercial fishing 🤦‍♂️ Invest the money into the solution… Too bad it’s not that simple

  24. Oceans are already dying …. Polluted with everything including chemicals …. Killer whales been attacking boats because we catch all the fish and leave nothing left …. We don’t deserve to even live here the animals do

  29. If you've never seen coral extremely close up or never saw how it grows, it can be hard to imagine how truly sensitive most of them are. I've grown them, and they can handle some stress, but when there are 2 or more stressors, it seems to multiply the damage. So the high temps coupled with changing salinity and lower alkalinity of the water can stop growth and when it gets really bad the 1mm of flesh on a lot of coral can just peel off like shedded skin, and that's horrifying and pray that doesn't happen. Im surprised there's still a good amount of reefs left at the moment. It is scary bc we've been hearing about coral die off for years, and as mentioned it can get bad very quick so time is definitely ticking away before mass die off starts happening from disease or wrong water parameters and most likely spread to other reefs.

  40. We humans are trash and contribute nothing. Were the atoms in one solitary grain of sand in the ocean of sand.
    If the earth is fucked then so be it. Thats how far we got then.
    No more life or insignificant lives on this planet or any other planet
