  14. They do that for customers that wait to get home to finally eat, if they’re bringing it to someone else etc. It prevents the bread from getting soggy by the time you sit down to eat it at home. They just default to that cause they’re not gonna ask every single customer if they’re eating it in a parking lot or home or even that day (they could be saving it for another day) basically I worked at Panera bread during high school. I remember having to wrap the bread. Cheers 👽 💗 your channels.
