Nit sure how cali works but in oregon and Washington its listed as "total cannabinoids" and thc and cbd respectively… however ive had jars testig 22 thc but 27 total cannabinoids because they also include the terpene tesults in the thc so if ur nachine only tests thc then the 37 u see is why its so off but even still 15 percent terpenes is crazy for flower so if it yested 22 idk why it was labeled 37
