Hawaii has mandatory testing for all our medical marijuana (THATS THE REASON OUR DISPENSARY OPENING IS BEING DELAYED SO LONG) it sucks the first one still didn't open yet today is July 1st 2017 the first dispensary was due to open back in December of 2016 STILL NOTHING OPEN YET 😩 it's a good thing to have everything tested and certified (state regulation) but when its stopping people from getting there medicine it's a horrible delay i know there's other ways to get your medicine (growing, black market ect ect) but there's a lot of people who can't grow and don't want to turn to a dealer and purchase illegal so in the meantime they have no relief.
