I do anesthesia and although I’ve seen many births of human children, I’ve never seen the birth of sheep. Birthing gets to me every time. When the lady got emotional, it kind of gave me permission to as well. It’s a miracle. That she was important to the survival of the lambs made it all the better. How she will ever eat lamb again…. well, one must toughen up. Texas

Charlet is so classy but than she is so grounded! It’s effin rare than a woman touch me without touching like she does. She fits on the carpet in heels and she fits on boots on a field. You can place her whoever and she will fit. And than her body. She doesn’t need to show it to be extremely hot. Normally when there is a woman like her she will be fat as hell.
And than her timbre… why haven’t every woman such a charming and not nerfing timbre in her voice. I got goosebumps when she talks.

I come back to watch this episode every 6 months or so. I used to live on a dairy farm (I just rented the main house), and got to help birth a difficult calf, so I know how Charlet felt. Wonderful experience.
My family used to farm, but my grandfather ended up being a teacher and the farm went to seed after my great-grandfather died many years ago, and the mountain is all forest now. I kind of feel like I missed a calling there.

This reminds me so much of Anthony Bourdain's shows, and I mean that as a compliment! There's so many point-of-view cultural aspects to the show, aside from just the food science, with a great host, who brings so much recognition to places, people and food, outside the boundaries of the major cities and tourist areas. I think they should do many more of these.
