Holy cow, lol. I have also messaged the US Dunkin Donuts and said the same thing! (and like you, no response). Dunkin Donuts in Korea is amazing, but in the US they always seem stale and flavorless aside from being way too sweet. I've also tried asking McDonalds in the US to make their creamed corn hand-pie they have in Korea a nationwide (or at least a South Eastern region) thing in the states. The creamed corn hand pie was a seasonal release in South Korea last year, but it was delicious and was a wonderfully nostalgic taste for this out of place Southern girl. US Baskin Robins really needs to up their game too. Korea has some of the best flavors over the years (and some of the worst, but still fun to try.)

I love Korean food and unfortunately have been dragged to Parachute twice. It's awful. Their space is one of the most pretentious things ever (from the obnoxious lighting to the cafeteria style seating to their small plates drenched in doenjang). It boggles my mind that it still has a Michelin star and is the only one in the city since Vie that I've disagreed with. Do yourself a favor and go down the block to Honey Butter Fried Chicken if you want a great meal.
