Most dollar stores sell name brand pet foods and Ocean State Job Lots in New England. It seems the pet food industries that sell low quality kibble just don’t care what they sell.
Thank You Dr Jones! The Canadian company Champion who made Orijen and Acana(?), was purchased by Nestlé Purina in Nov 22. No one knew.
Most websites are saying Orijen is Still made in Canada by Champion. I would NEVER Feed my dogs food from them. My boys both got HGE.
It was a LONG and Horrifying battle to save their lives from February to July. Almost daily/nightly visits to traditional and ER Vets (after hours).
Our Boys survived.
But… They're Never going to be the same again. Their GI systems are Utterly Destroyed. They both Require a large dose of Bao He Wan to function.

Hi, I don’t know if you’ll see this, but I have a question. I have an 11-year-old Havanese mix last month. I felt a bump on my dog but I don’t see the bump on my dog like when I pull apart her for to look at her skin it’s flat, but when I rub my finger over it, there’s clearly a bump. Should I be worried? It doesn’t seem to be getting any bigger it has been there for a month and still feels the same size. I say feel because there is nothing to see the skin stays flat.
FDA is a joke! What does it stand for any more? “F@#king Die Already? Corporations are running the healthcare systems now. Doctors are order takers for pharmaceutical companies and many profit from prescribing certain drugs. Talk about a conflict of interest! The same thing that’s going on in veterinarian medicine is also happening in our healthcare system. Thank god for people like Dr Jones! I don’t blindly trust doctors anymore! THANK YOU Dr Jones!

I use Honest Kitchen which is human grade. But now I see that both Chewy and Amazon have some of it on sale. I called and they so great. Said they would check on it right away as had not heard of it and give a call back. Thanks Dr Jones
I’m thanking God I make my own dog food. The cats eat Purina weight and hairball control, but I got the last bag 2 months ago and no symptoms from either cat.
Shared! Personally i never feed dry dog food to my dogs for they used to get ill all the time.
There may be more to this than what it seems. Mainly that they aren't disclosing the particular brands.
Thanks to you Dr. Jones I make all home made food for my dogs and I am so happy for the peace of mind it gives me. This not naming any specific dog food brands makes me wonder if it dosen't affect ALL of them. Thank you for your video's, always looking out for our pets!!
This is why I feed my dog real meats fruits and veggies.
Thanks for the info! How infuriating! How would the FDA expect any pet parent to proceed with the lack of information like that!!!!! People MUST know the brands that are affected, ugh! It so goes to show who's wearing the big boy pants and they certainly don't have the pets best interest at heart! I hope no pets get seriously ill from eating any of this trash! Shame on them.
I was using Purina and started finding bug's and small worms in it. The company basically told me ( to bad )

It's disgusting. You'd think with all the money they make, they would invest in making food that's not toxic to pets. I stopped feeding kibble and canned. My dog has been on raw since he was seven weeks old. At nine months and one hundred and fifty pounds, he's healthy and beautiful. I will never feed toxic kibble or canned. NEVER!!!!

I'm pissed off!
AGAIN.
My German Shepherd was born with an autoimmune disease which causes him to have PFs and other health issues. The first 2 yrs of his life were touch and go and thousands of $ in vet bills but he was not improving at all. I stopped all vaccines, except rabies which he has only had 2 of those in his life. Stopped buying expensive vet garbage food and started cooking for him when he was 2, and started following Veterinary Secrets! He has been on Dr Joneses Advanced Canine Formula supplement as well 🙂 My beautiful dog will be 11 in January! We have been told that rest of his brothers and sisters did not live past age of 4, most of them died at age 2.😢I don't believe there is a single healthy dog food option available. I think they are all garbage. I have bought some "higher end" brands to have on hand in case of emergency. Had to resort to them a few times and EVERY time within a day or two my dog starts getting sick again.😒

Human or pet animal it's all the same – Don't consume Seed Oils, Sugars, Carbs nor Processed Products. IT'S THE FOOD PEOPLE. WAKE UP.
NB : If your dog hasn't been run over or has some weird genetic disorder then the chronic ailment it has is caused by what was put in the mouth, aka, WRONG FOOD.
I need to find a good kibble recipe I can make myself. I did experiment with one recipe. A lot of work for a little homemade kibble. There has to be one out there that’s easy to do. I hope it’s OK to mention her. Her name is Susan Thixton, and she is an advocate has her own website.

i don’t even want Tula to get sicknesses…all i have to do is see her and i love her so much. Poodles are so special. (i have a cavalier) But my son’s beloved Tuxedo cat eats Purina Pro Plan canned cat food. i will watch for it…so kitty will be safe.
