I have used it too. Don't dilute it. I drew a turkey baster full (he's 55 lbs) and squirt it into the corner of his lips. He swallowed it all and threw up within 5 minutes. Man, was I thankful for hydrogen peroxide!
Dr. Jones rules. Finally a Doctor who actually cares. I love that he pushes back on he morons and the haters. Thanks for all the great content. Dr. Jones.
I ran to my Vet in an emergency because he had eaten chocolate off the street when i was walking him I tried to get it out of his mouth but I wasn't sure how much he had my vet recommended the exact same thing hydrogen peroxide they even gave me the syringe to make it easier for me give him the peroxide. What a life saver
So one day I was out putting poison bait on fire ant mounds. My dogs had never shown any interest in it. I found one of my toy Aussies face down in the bag, not sure if he ate some but I gave him some peroxide and vomited him just in case. Much faster and more effective than driving the 30 minutes to the vet and then waiting another half hour to see a vet.
I'm sure the negative comments were from people who aren't Veterinarian's who spend their lives caring for animals. I have started giving my cat & dogs fennel water to take care of bad breath naturally. ❤
I have a 5L bottle of food grade 3%hydrogen peroxide at home. I use it internally, for ear issues and also for cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to use it on my dog if required
I have many years following Dr Jones advices and everything works so of course I’m going to use peroxide 3% in case my dogs eat something poison. Thanks Dr.
I’ve had to use hydrogen peroxide a few times to induce vomiting and it probably saved my dogs life❤️🐶 I was more terrified about what they ate being toxic to them and dying. The only thing it did was make them barf which was a relief🤮 I knew the longer they didn’t vomit the more their system absorbed what they ate so I was quick. It’s definitely something I always make sure to have👍🏼💯 Even after I heard it was toxic for dogs I still used it because It never had a negative affect except to induce vomiting. Thanks Dr Andrew for clearing this up and helping to save many furbabies lives🙏🏼❤️🐶🐱🐾Your the BEST👨🏼⚕️🐾🥳🥇👏🏼🙌🏼

When I was a kid many years ago we had a springer/choc lab Mix dog. Anyway, this dog decided to play with my mom’s plastic prescription pill bottle that was full of her medicine. That dog was near death when my mom found her laying on the kitchen floor. She immediately opened the dogs mouth and on the side of her mouth started to give her I’m almost positive it was vinegar. She gave her enough to induce vomiting. I think she might have repeated it to get the dog to vomit more. It’s been many many years but I remember my mom telling us about the incident when we got home from school. The dog was wiped out for a couple of days, but after they she was fine. That vinegar saved the dog’s life because my mother was somehow able to get the dog to vomit up the pills.
Thank you!!
this guy is trying to save you 90$ from calling animal poison control, done it, they say the exact thing he's saying, it helps to call your vet first

Can this be used on cats?

I've used it several times when I wasn't 100 % sure on what they ate ,never had any problems with using peroxide
