emotionally devistaing for some completely disabilitating. I personally don't like this rainbow bridge. I believe the spiritual connection of Love they will be in heaven with us in our heaven with us. when I was a kid I had a great veterinarian. he would always joke around and say, "4 legs good, 2 legs bad".
I took 3 months off from work when my dog died back in 2002. I’m glad you are addressing this. When I entered nursing school that was actually a question ‘do you have a pet’. I said No because I didn’t want to be rejected.
July 6,2021 the day life changed 4/ever for family & Daughter , her beloved kitty of 12yrs , Fluffy lost the battle against cancer (Egc). It’s feels like just yesterday. We still shed tears. ❤
When my baby boy passed I told my job there was a death in the family. I took a few days off. It was over a year ago. I still struggle. He will always be missed.
I have 60 pet white rats. I love every single one of them. But sadly, one dies every week day! Lucky they also breed rapidly. So far, I haven’t had to work in 8 years thanks to having paid bereavement days for the death of a family pet. 😂
I’m so sorry for ur loss. I lost my soulmate & heart over Christmas & it still feels like the 1st day everyday since then…… I feel lost & broken w/out her now. How do u learn to accept it? Can u do more videos on how to get through the debilitating grief?
It is so hard to adjust to deal with it. I just lost my dog this monday and until now I'm still devasted and I would usually imagine things and it's very different
Agreed I just had to put down my 11 male mini Schnauzer who was my traveling work and everything companion. His name was Buddy. I had to listen to his pains the last 3 months and could not take it anymore. He was like Tula super smart and the eyes ya know. I am so lost without him.
I lost my husband in 2020 and my little dog in 2022.. still dealing with the sadness…
For real. When my bird died I had to tell people my friend died otherwise they wouldn’t take me seriously cuz ‘it’s just a bird’

I’ll never get another dog again, too painful. He was 14, had him since a puppy. I still feel him in the house..it’s been one year.
I totally agree because a pet is a family member and is missed like a human would be. It should be acceptable to take some time off to mourn the loss.
You are definitely an asset to this world. Thank you
My girl… Peggy, passed back in Aug. 2022. 6mos. ago still depressed.
