Someone stated this does not work and this is terrible advice. Either this person is wrong or at least 50 sites on Google and the doc are wrong. I'll go with the the vet being correct!!!
Pumpkin seeds have an amino acid called cucurbitacin. This paralyzes the worms making them easy to be eliminated from the intestines.

I did not know pumpkins works however Apple cider vinegar works better and faster and cheaper 1 week tops add 15ml applecider per 250 ml water simply give your dog its normal amount of water also fun fact if you dog eats some rancid and I mean badly rancid food like dog shaking vomiting black stuff liquid poop like dog dying bad give peptobismal could save you dogs life save a few of my rescues lives it works like a miracle

We have given our chickens whole pumpkins with seeds for worms for many years. Never have tried it with the dogs but will now.

I have in the past ground pumpkin seeds in a blender and put it in the dogs food. They never seem to have worms in their 💩.

You could do so much good in those parts. I saw so many suffering animals due to poverty and felt completely helpless to help them. I always wanted to do more. You are actually in the position to do more.
Just started my puppy’s regimen. One bag of seeds goes A LOOONG way. Ground em up with a coffee grinder and put the powder in the freezer. 👌🏽
