Dolphin bar was the best place aesthetically. The bulldog was the best for atmosphere hands down. I know their weed is overrated but it was still an awesome experience.

Growers With Attitude section in Grey Area isn't Dutch, it's from Spain and it's proper pheno hunted bud that's better than most Cali in Amsterdam. Would be really easy for Grey Area to pretend that it's Cali but they respect people enough to be honest that it isn't. I think you can't really rate the shop unless you try it because for me it's the whole point in going.

About 10 years ago, my first visit to Amsterdam we went to Bulldog and were standing at the counter asking for advice as we had never smoked before and the guy who worked there snapped at me and said "SO YOU FUCKIN LIKE BUBBLEGUM HUH?" I want to see a rating from The Stud, Warda 2 and Best friends in Amsterdam Oost. Those aint "tourist" shops like all those shops in and near center. These shops are most visited by people from around amsterdam but like not so much by tourists as shops in the centrum of amsterdam.
