  1. Farideh, this is lowkey a pretty iresponsible video. First of all, that frying technique is crazy dangerous; I get how that could be managed by a chef, but to an average home cook? Oil basically coming off the sides while stiring like a mad man. Also, are we really encorauging a butter sauce to be seperated? Slurries are nice, but in principle, we're just accepting poor cooking fundamentals here. Love the channel, but this is wack come on.

  2. Thank you for this video. I love black pepper and have had in Thailand coating crab. I never thought about using it on chicken wings. I will try that. Then I will try it with grilled beef strips.
