7. Hey the T Check 2 is worth a look. I bought one and found it very accurate to traditional math calculations for percentage and gives you mg , tsp and tbsp calculations. Nice for getting dosages almost perfect.

10. I'd be hot pressing/collecting from those warm oily pucks with parchment paper or some such as well. Good to the last drop. Surprised NS doesn't offer an accessory for just such a purpose. It can be fun to McGuyver something together also. Perhaps its in beta-testing.
