In Italy, or France, have never copied anything of Chinese food, because not having culture, raw materials and experience, be fair to leave the Chinese or all of Asia to respect the gastronomic boundaries to their cultures of belonging
In asia, even street food is excellent, very good
but to think of doing it in Europe is difficult because you do not have the real raw materials or the manual skills of an Asian chef
