  1. Love that hes done this job for 23 years and still enjoys it and still learns every day and wants to continue doing it for the foresable future. Wish I had that kind of happiness.

  2. If you haven't had menchi-katsu you must try it when you visit Japan. It has to be a blend of ground beef/pork and it tastes even better the day after it's been dropped into the deep fryer. Best with tonkatsu sauce or Kewpie mayo. I miss it so much!
