Knowing that he had a less than desirable start in life (though he hit the JACKPOT with his mama and daddy!) and that he openly admits that he was going about things the wrong way as a young man but MADE A CHOICE to do it right, when right was the harder way out, speaks volumes about who he is.
The competition is so stiff in a place like L.A, you know the small guys have to be great to survive the food game there. Huge props to those entrepreneurs for making their dream a reality.
