Where can I buy the Zeus cleaner?
What do you do when fibers have fallen through the holes in the heating chamber? They are not coming out! Is there a way to remove the bottom of the heating chamber in order to reach the area beneath?

Are you saying you can clean the heating chamber with liquid and swab? I would be worried about injecting liquid that may get into the holes in the chamber. Is this a valid concern?
Why should I use the special Zeus purify solution? Regular rubbing alcohol seems to do the trick for much cheaper.
