Here’s the difference between THCa weed that’s federally legal and THC weed that’s federal illegal: like 0.1–2% THC. That’s it.
Dispo weed: 23% THCa, 2% THC
“THCa” weed: 23% THCa, 0.2% THC.
The THC is under 0.3% by weight, so therefore it is legal

You’re partially right, most people have fake tests and they’re selling normal bud that has over 0.3% thc or don’t even test at all. But a lot of companies harvest and cure their flower early so that the test reads below 0.3%thc but what no one explains is that over time THCA will convert to normal THC ever so slightly but enough to make it over the 0.3% limit
