a great conversation a very honest too . spot on with the variety of lights from a lot of companies . the price of running lights is very relevant today . not sure about USA but here in Europe our electricity prices have gone up 70% this year & will go up again this fall due to War in Ukraine . One other thing ive seen a lot of recently is people buying to bigger lights (to much watts & parr ) than their plants can handle . Ive seen two different YouTube growers both with the New Mars Hydro FC8000 (800watts) have to turn down the power as its fried their plants .
4 plants in a 8' X 8' room with a height of about 8' as well. Do I need full 8' X 8' lighting ?

I need to know what power to set mine at for my seedlings
I got a 3×3 and I use a Maxsisun MG 3000 and it does a really great job. Can’t find that light anywhere now since it became real popular and it was less than $300. It’s got dimmer capability, Meanwell driver and Samsung diodes. I’m happy with it!
None of them because indoor cultivation is wack and bad for the environment!!!

Spider, Vipar, and Mars etc all make really good lights for 3 x 3 and 4 x4 tents. I decided to go for easier access and got an Atreum 3200 Hydra for a 4 x 2. $377 w discount code, a nice price for a very well thought out and executed light for a 2 x 4.

Since when is worm castings a necessary item to grow? Oh it's not. Greengenes, grow more stress less, they don't use that crap in your list. So how's that necessary?
