  1. Wow..the Bully Pulpit does so much evil in the name of Good… Another version of the Triple T (Totalitarian Tip Toe) Energy…eg. currently Putin & US So called and accepted "Supreme Court ?"… CapriceK

  2. Portugal and Philippines are different, drug addict in portugal are rich in order to satisfy there addiction they have money to buy there drugs, unlike in the Philippines most of the drug addicts here are poor and in order to satisfy there addiction they do robbery, murder, snatching, this is the reason Philippines have different way of war on drugs.

  3. I have been a drug addict for 25 years.
And i hear all the time the words, the war on drugs.
But do we realise what those words would mean if the world legalisation of drugs.
The war on drugs would be won.
It has been proven that there are les new cases.fewer deaths
And the billions of pounds going into the wrong hands would go into the right ones.
No more weapons importing Mass murder.
And a cintroled environment ran by authorities.
The pharmaceutical industry is the biggest earner in the world.
So legalisation of drugs would stop criminals being able to run the world.
The reason why it has never been legalised is because where would they get there money to fund black operations.
Because the billions they set aside per year doesn't go where it is intended.

  4. OSHO told this long before. Banning drugs is non-sense legalizating every drug & making a centre for legitimate usage with expert's supervision first & then regular prescribed usage is what the society should be!

  5. It's not just because it's Portugal this would work in every country the best thing the government could do is just make sure everything is of quality control standards other than that back off you could virtually eliminate drug abuse overnight people are always blaming medicine but honestly people don't even know the difference between medicine and drugs they think there's a difference but honestly there's nuts they're the same exact thing it's all how you use them there are illegal drugs yeah sure but medicine is the key if people had full access to any and all basic medications they would be able to do a lot more and you would be eliminating the underground drug Market but the doctors no this they think prescribing medication is a problem no it's not prescribing medication that is the problem as you can see in this video they're willing to take lives over possession and use of what they don't even know the difference between medicine and drugs and if they can't get it from their doctors then they're obviously going to end up in bad areas to try to obtain what they need it's not an addict thing it's just if someone needs a medication then they're going to go get it people are way past the doctor telling you this the doctor telling you that this video proves it because people especially Americans are way past oh I can't get this from the doctor so they're going to get it somewhere else and sometimes that can be a very dangerous thing so it's better off that doctors just comply with their patients and just make sure that they're safe while if having insurance then giving them full access to whatever medications they may need that's what a doctor is supposed to be for and before you ask if I'm a drug addict that's exactly what I'm talking about you people don't know the difference between illegal drugs that are frequently abused and medicine they need to give them pharmaceutical medication so that way they're not breaking the law and that way the country is making a little bit of money but instead they'd rather kill their own citizens which isn't too far off from America

  6. America is proof that the war on drugs is a losing battle and no matter how much money or punishment and even death is used as a weapon it will never get rid of drugs. It doesn't matter how many drug lords they take down there is always 100 different gangs that are waiting to take their spot

  7. Norwegian here. the drug reform never happened. BUT! just recently, the higher ups in law stopped issuing penalty for drug use/possesion, effectively creating a drug reform even tho the reform originally lost the vote.

  8. Im a Filipino do not just rely on this video, dig deeper to the common people in the philippines, we're blessed on our drug on wars crime rate in Philippines si very low you never afraid walking at night in Philippines
