I’m Spanish and Italian, Mexican and Indian. I grew up with baked pork chops with rice. It’s basicly putting pork chops in a baking dish cover with 1-1/2 c of r pour spegg sauce over the top. Cover with foil, bake. That’s it. Remember to use 4 cups of sauce so all the rice cooks. ✌️
