  1. I’m Spanish and Italian, Mexican and Indian. I grew up with baked pork chops with rice. It’s basicly putting pork chops in a baking dish cover with 1-1/2 c of r pour spegg sauce over the top. Cover with foil, bake. That’s it. Remember to use 4 cups of sauce so all the rice cooks. ✌️

  2. 5:49 and that's how "ketchup" is was brought from cantonese (or actually Hokkien acc' to google) into english! (the last two of the three cantonese syllables Lucas said for HK's "fresh tomato sauce"). -chup in ketchup , jup , 漿 I think , jiang in mandarin
