  1. hi could you help we are rather desperate spent 400 pounds so far and the vet still does not know whats wrong with our dog [shes been given probiotic powder 3 months worth also prokolin,plus the antibiotics plus tests on the poo for several things including worms /virus infections everything came back clear.].shes a french bulldog she in the last 3 weeks has been getting a jelly like blood at the end of her poo.she has been eating royal canine gastro intestinal dog food ,she has always had digestive problems since we got her from dogs home .shelter.the vet thinks its colitis .my brother who is the top favourite had to go to hospital for a month this caused her to be very stressed .she loves us all but dogs always choose one person as the top favourite they sleep with etc.The vet thinks maybe its stress colitis,she was thrilled when he returned but i suppose worried he might leave her again which is still causing stress.This is the second time this has happened the first time she had some antibiotics and 3 days later all the blood went.she was fine for 4 weeks then she got blood in the poo again.went on the antibiotics this time it did not work she still has a little red blood in the poo.Its not worms she has tablets also tested .she is really well running round but the only thing twice has happened ,is after eating she opens her mouth just for a second like she has wind and then her stomach moves a second .Then shes jumping round again.I did not think anything of it the first time it happened ,It then happened again last night .I saw your video on dvr is that what she has .her stomach does not look bloated .we really are confused by the whole thing any suggestions .The vet said maybe as shes used ti be able to eat real boiled chicken then became allergic she has now become allergic to the royal canine intestinal dog food chicken based.we have never given her dry food only canned food .other then the food she has a few green beans bit of boiled potato a little boiled mince .really very plain food never any treats as they give her bad stomach aches always have since we got her 2 years ago.she will be 7 at christmas.anyone else reading this as well with any suggestions I would really appreciate it ..The vet suggested we cut out all the human food only dog food for a week we did she still has blood in the poo,what do you think is wrong with her
