  1. I made this! Super easy to make, and I changed the sauce to make a chimichurri sauce (basically just switching the basil for parsley) and it was very good. Its like a blanket for your insides.

  2. Guys. went to watch the new western tom hanks for 40 minutes while this was simmering. came back and it was dried out and started burning the beef!! FML. poured in some wine and water & put on my smallest burner lowest setting. Pray for this Ragu!!!
