  1. Definitely fun to watch and based on the comments, it seems people don’t mind their buns a bit burnt? I’ve eaten in some of the best restaurants around the world, burnt buns are usually a no-no. I am looking for people to tell me if the agree or disagree. I am not hating on this at all.

    Great point, since kale needs to accumulate flavors from other ingredients because it has none of it's own that anyone can identify or boast about.

  3. This is the first time that I’ve actually watched Guy do his thing. I’ve always been given to understand that he’s a very arrogant guy who relied more on hype than actual talent.

    I must say that my initial impression of him was completely and utterly WRONG. He seems like a genuinely decent fellow who clearly loves what he does and loves sharing his gift with others. I really like it when I am proven wrong about people, and this time…boy was I ever wrong.

    I’m going to go find some more of his stuff and catch up on what I’ve been missing all this time. Many, many thanks for this Munchies!

  4. Meme all you want about Guy Fieri. He may not be some Michelin Star restaurant owner, he may not be a high brow gourmet journalist, but if I was getting drunk and wanted to know where I could get something fast and greasy to go with the alcohol, THIS is whose opinion I'd want.
