  1. Why is nobody talking about Ivermectin as a treatment for this illness? It is a proven curative and preventative against covid viruses. It'd be my first go-to if my dog showed the symptoms described.

  2. We don’t know enough about this infection. Very similar to what we experienced Covid. People forget what happened during TB, the swing, bird flu, outbreaks in humans etc. We are foolish to think a virus will not mutate change become resistant to therapies. Just like in humans. Antibotics resistance etc At this point, is to be a responsible person and take good care of our loved ones and this means our Furbaby keeping them safe. I love this blog, the honesty and how this site is takes this seriously. I decided not to travel this year because I want to be home with my dog. I do use in home dog sitter or we have travel in RV with the dog. I won’t use boarding. But this is my choice long before this has happened or hearing about it.

  3. I have 9 dogs, one has recovered wonderfully and one is bouncing back and eating on her own but I have one that is still won’t eat for days. They are litter mates and even the mom is also not eating and vomiting like the puppies did. I have a small schnauzer that was given to me and he had his parvo vaccine, he’s good. So I just been worried that I have parvo. Like I said. One has recovered and one is improving but I’m still watching the others. No point in separating. So strange

  4. Dogs lick us, I’ve got a compromised immune system heart issues seizures ect. If they don’t know what this is,who’s to say it won’t affect some ppl? I never would’ve worried about that before COVID

  5. I’m not taking my dogs out , if ppl can be in quarantine during COVID then my dogs will. Because all this information great but it’s not gonna magically keep my dogs alive if they catch this, it’s not going to bring them back if they die. It didn’t help when my human family died and all I’ve got left are my dogs!!!!!! Sorry doesn’t mean S**t after death

  6. As a person whose dad aunts cousins son all died from asthma I’ve been brought back after coding from attacks several times, ITS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE AND ITS NOT LIKE THEY TRY TO TELL YOU!!!! So I definitely don’t want my dogs to deal with or die from this disease, suffocating or just struggling to breathe is painful and ppl die from the pain of trying to breathe becomes too much. Hopefully vets give them pain meds because when drs won’t give it to ppl THEY DIE!! Although a dr who’s got no idea what it’s like will tell you you’re a liar

  7. I really have no idea why I’m watching this but I love this information thank you. Maybe because one day I wish to have one. I have chronic constant pain 24/7 and I guess Also because pets can’t talk so I don’t know what I’m trying to say but I feel happy seeing animals more than humans lol

  8. I often wonder about the air quality that was affected by the numerous "wildfire" alerts over the summer and how it affected my area , our allergies , the gardens and so on , we shut our windows , closed our fresh air vents , kept pets indoors except for potty breaks and even so , could still smell the smoke , our animals have even a more sensitive respiriatory system than we do . This was in the mid atlantic area . Wondering about lasting effects .

  9. Dont like to say this but prople are too preoccupied with dogs. They cause a lot of diseases due to the dog poop all over trails parks, waterways and rivers. Maggots are in parks and at the besch where prople play. And dog people says its no big deal. But instead of pooping in your house they take them to our streets. It burns all grasses in the park and on the sidewalk. I hope that soon they wont allow people yo have them go into supermarket and drop maggits there too .
Plus they consume mire meat and cause such havoc on the environment. This is good news . Some people are so selfish. What an industry ,then say you are an animal lover and you care about the environment. What would happen if people take their kids to pee and poop in your yards and side walks. It's the same food that you feed your dogs. Yet you do it in Our streets .
    Then

  10. Question my veterinarian professionals I have a medical alert service dog. I also have human antibiotics and medication at my reach. My question is can I take and quarter up doxycycline for my 20 pound dog that’s 10 1/2 years old if she were to need it for an ear infection.? Why I asked this is because I’ve discussed this mystery illness with my dogs veterinarian two weeks ago, and she claims it’s propaganda nonsense as you never heard about any dogs anywhere in America dying of this unknown disease. Thank you again for all your hard work and research for and sharing your knowledge with so many that follow your platform.

  11. My daughter’s dog experienced all of this months ago. They took him to a vet, also to a specialist, it was scary. They gave him antibiotics, did X-rays and was about to scope him, then my daughter remembered that right before he began to exp symptoms she had bought a totally different brand of dog food (Kirklands from Costco) She took him off of it and bought the brand she normally bought and guess what? Almost immediately improved and within a week every symptom gone.
