This is opposite to the information saying that the plant wastes energy on making seeds. Or You just missing out on yield? But gaining cannabinoids and terpenes an other chemicals made by the plant.
Buds with some seed were entered in one of the early/mid 90's HT Cannabis Cups, exactly for this reason!

I agree we always pollinate the bottom branches of ultimate purple auto before going outdoors. That way we get a few seeds for the next grow. I select a male that shows sex after the females. Originally to extend it's harvest date. They could flower another month.

I learned this also and if you do it early in flower on a bottom flower it can pull the flower hormone into the plant and it flips faster. Dont pollinate the whole plant. Just a couple buds to get it going early in flower.
