Rabbit pie was a common dish , rabbit stew + Jellied eel in U.K. The butchers used to have all the rabbits,pheseant geese allsorts hanging in a row outside the shop . Skinned cows hung on hooks where you stood queuing up. .Minding his own business, doing his own thing neither harming human nor animals.

this is probably a good thing, honestly. most people throw away any part of meat they think is not fancy enough for them and most importantly make other people kill animals so that they can eat a tiny part of it than waste the rest, while this man actually shows respect for any living being and uses all of its parts for a proper use, such as the skin, that he solds, and the meat that he eats, while the rest is left to the animals in the nature. he also does take them away from roads or places where they could be a problem or where they woyld be wasted. in fact he said a few times that he has a problem with the idea of killing animals to eat them, or buying them to eat them. i feel like this video and people in general try to portray him as a monster-like person.
ps. honestly, regarding the human part: we are just as animals as the meat we eat is. yes, it is morally ambiguous and yes, it is probably not what we as humans want to think about as a way of survivng, but i think that most of the people, once surpassed the initial horror, would eat other humans in a case of life and death. maybe i am wrong, i don't know, but it does seem like reasonable logic to me, even if not a pleasant one
