  2. Thanks so much. I think we are dealing with this now with our 7 year old lab retriever mix. She had an ear infection and then started with vertigo like symptoms too. Been to the vet a couple times and they said ear infection and allergies. Saw your video and others on youtube and seems like she has Vestibular disease/Vertigo. Vet did not mention it as a possibility. That was last week. Now she is starting to move more, but has swollen hind legs, mostly at first joint. Is this related? I appreciate any advice. Thanks so much for all you do!

  3. My 14 yr old Standard Poodle woke up with this on Sunday morning, I used to have a poodle that had cushings, and it's a bit like Addisonians, He can't walk yet but I've just dosed him with the local honey and cider vinegar. Thanks for this channel. I won't use pHARMa, unless it really is the only option. I'll get some ginger on now, just found you! I'll sub and get your book. Debs

  4. Thank you so much! My 14 yr old cavalier experienced this and I never heard about it. Rushed her to ER and they explained it. A few days ago she had another episode ( a year later) but I could deal with it better.

  5. My 2 year old Pit Bull just had 1st time severe Vertigo. It was no joke/terrifying. Vet instantly diagnosed and is keeping him few days. But I am relieved to find this video to learn home remedies/options. Now i have information to discuss with my Vet when I pick him up . thank you Dr. Jones

  6. Hi Dr.Jones !
Thanks for your video ! This has been very helpful . Could you give me some advice ?

My dog lelah (8 years old ) is a pretty healthy dog and the most issue she has had is ear infection .

Suddenly,My dog lelah has had these symptoms of vertigo and an ear infection .

Our main issue is trying to get her to use the bathroom . For a couple days we were having success with bladder expressions . Now , even with bladder expressions , she won’t release . What do you recommend?

I’d really appreciate your advice ! This can change things around for lelah and she can be the happy dog we have always known her to be.

  7. My 14yr old dog has vestibular disease his head tilt and eyes are lashing backandfort until he collapse when he wakeup hes body cant move after a week hes eyes become normal but the problem is he cant stand up and he is crying a lot hes hand are shaking. Is there other treatment for his situation? We dont have money for bringing to vet

  8. My dog normally pays no mind to me and occasionally gets annoyed when I try to pet him 😅😅 but he sometimes has these onsets where he would come up to us for help because he could not keep his balance. He shakes and struggles to stand/walk. he would even let me pet/massage him w/o growling. It would last for a few minutes and then slowly he returns to normal..

I'm just worried if maybe it is vertigo or something else

  9. Thank you so much. My German Shorthair Pointer mix is 17 and got Vestibular disease about 3 wks ago. I noticed the nystagmus. The head tilt symptoms had been happening and were worse. I didn't realize it was connected until the nystagmus.
I helped her walk after about a week. At her age and with muscle wasting, I usually have to help her get up and get started anyway. But she could not walk for a week. I know how to induce urination and poops. So I've got that covered. I help her eat.
She's been on a roller coaster ever since. I'll use most of your suggestions.
    She made some progress but
