6. I was fortunate growing in California, fresno, Santa Barbara, ventura, sfv…. most landlords didn't care if you weren't getting complaints. I had more issues with land lords than cops though. Had one come in my house and give me an eviction notice for modification to electric panels. I updated and upgrades the panels. Lol.
