I've been having the same issues you've got in this video… My atomizers keep shitting out after like 10 days… I had one that died after 2 days. 🙁
you broke the coils when you packed it, don't touch the dab tool to the coil you have to melt down the oil into the coil
They fixed the problem with the heating element. They now have a ceramic screen type of cover that wont let you touch the element and break it while loading

I just received 2 of these from vape95.. fresh out of the box I started having issues.. the upper o-ring on the base was stuck to the glass tube and tore upon removal.. i have 2 Eleaf iStick batteries, a dabzpv battery, and an eGo-T battery.. I went through the 3 included Nero elements and none of them worked! I reached out to Yocan and their solution is that THIS PRODUCT ONLY WORKS WITH THEIR YOCAN EXGO V1 BATTERY. I asked for specifics and was told "the battery needs to support 5A-8A current, most batteries on the market only support 3A." So my Yocan EXgo W2 either "doesn't work or all the elements just got damaged". Resellers and distributors really need to state this FACT on the product's page. So if you want to try out this product, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE KIT.

From my understanding be very careful using a metal tool around the coil. Better to heat the tool and drip the dab on the coil. Good luck.
