Will this same dough make hamburger buns or slider buns ? I make these wonderful sliders with angus beef…maple bacon.. homemade ketchup.. grilled red onions..cheddar cheese..guacamole..avocado Mayo..diced Roma tomatoes..and I HATE using store bough slider buns.. I want to make my own … I put so much love into these sliders I feel like it’s a let down with the buns…. I also make a smoke pork butt that I spray with watermelon juice to keep it moist durning the smoke and a home made vinegar barbecue sauce that also has watermelon juice in it… pork goes extremely well with watermelon… want to make buns for this as well…
Those are sausage rolls in England, usually made with puff pastry. Pigs in blankets are usually served with turkey at Christmas and consist of sausages wrapped in streaky bacon
