  1. I lived in a Siberian town that was 1/3 Ukrainian. They didn't have the best jobs in town, let's say, an underclass. Their vareniki are an amazing, and the tvorog s jagodom variety fried in butter is my favorite, a little taste of heaven!

  2. This hostess is very attractive and chatty who can make great food she would certainly fit into northern Ireland society as her.voice has a hint of like northern Irish in it and I am watching this in northern ireland honest?

  3. Слава Україні! Я дуже люблю це за цю їжу. Сподіваюся, колись можливо відвідаю Україну, коли все заспокоїться. Наша молитва з Індонезії, Суматери до братів і сестер там; побажання від Небесного батька всім вам.

  4. Looks great. I’ll have to try the smoked paprika.
In my Ukrainian family, the one thing we did that was different was, after boiling we would then add more fried onions on top, alternating them in layers with the fried onion in between.
Then in the oven they would go for about 15 minutes.
The plate up was a little heavy on the sour cream also
But we were Ukrainian not Russian.

  5. I think she makes a mistake. Verenicki must be of the Russian cuisine. At least in all restaurants I was in France, belgium and England they call them Russian verenicks. I adore them especially with cherry!

  6. I am remember my childhood living in Ukraine with my grandmother eating best food i cant forget to this day. vareniki s kartoshkoj is one on my favourite ❤️ well also vareniki with sour cherries 🍒😋

  7. Amazing! But the funniest thing is that dill we Indians buy in huge quantities and it becomes a major part of our meal and not for garnishing hahhaha
